  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.

 

2. Return Process:

  • Place the shipping label on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.

 

3. Refund/Exchange:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, and shipping costs will be covered by us.

 

5. Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

6. International Returns:
